As a Housekeeping Aide, you’ll be responsible for washing and drying linens and clothing while following health guidelines. Your daily tasks include disinfecting surfaces and maintaining cleanliness in shared areas, contributing to our community's dignity and quality of life. Collaboration with your coworkers is essential, and you may occasionally need to cover shifts in a supportive workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure cleanliness of clothing and linens for Residents
• Disinfect rooms to prevent infection spread
• Clean common areas,



including bathrooms and lounges
• Adhere to protected handling of all cleaning products
• Assist team members as needed
Requirements:
• Completion of Ontario Secondary School Diploma
• Previous laundry and housekeeping experience preferred
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning equipment
• Recent Vulnerable Sector Screening
• Current TB test completed within a year
