Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist guests at the concierge desk
• Manage bookings, tickets, and reservations promptly
• Accept and record deliveries for guests and residents
• Help organize on-site events and handle special requests
• Communicate significant information to other hotel departments
Requirements:
• Preferably 2 years of experience as a concierge
• Membership in Les Clefs d’Or is an asset
• Robust organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and on a team
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
