Cognizant is on the lookout for a Senior Agilist/Scrum Master to lead Agile initiatives across multiple teams. With 8–10 years in Agile delivery and at least 3 years as a Scrum Master, you will guide teams in adopting best practices and prioritizing product backlogs. This role fosters an Agile culture while maximizing business value and improving customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies for Agile teams
• Partner with Product Owners to manage product backlogs
• Remove impediments to ensure sprint execution
• Champion customer experience-focused Agile practices
• Coach teams on Scrum and continuous improvement
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 8–10 years of Agile delivery experience
• 3+ years as a Scrum Master
• Solid expertise in Scrum and Agile methodologies
• Experience using Agile lifecycle tools
