In this role, you will manage the entire account lifecycle, from client onboarding to contract administration. You will serve as a vital link between clients and clinical staff, ensuring smooth communication and support. Your problem-solving skills and attention to detail will help you efficiently navigate tasks that include scheduling, documentation, and user support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate clinical onboarding and check-ins with families
• Manage customer contracts, renewals, and amendments
• Assist families with basic troubleshooting and inquiries




• Ensure compliance on device updates and recalls
• Support completion of the Trexo Home Study with data collection

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences or related field
• Minimum 3 years in clinical coordination or patient relations
• Robust understanding of client lifecycle management
• Excellent communication and empathetic skills
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
