The program lasts 12 months, featuring two structured phases: an initial Enhanced Orientation paired with a Clinical Guide, followed by Independent Practice with ongoing mentorship. Requirements:
• Accredited nursing education program completed
• Eligible for registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta
• Current BCLS certification required
• Restricted to graduates within 12 months
• Cardiology practicum preferred for candidates
