We are seeking passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team and make a meaningful impact in the community.
What You’ll Do Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide direct supervision, training, and ongoing support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
Implement evidence-based interventions, including Natural Environment Teaching (NET).
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other specialists to ensure consistent progress.
Collect and analyze data to measure client outcomes and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

Qualifications Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
