Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare pleadings for the Court of King's Bench and Alberta Court of Appeal
• Manage court filings as per Alberta Rules of Court
• Oversee administrative file management throughout a case’s lifecycle




• Handle the financial aspects of files within practice management software
• Liaise with clients, clerks, and opposing counsel

Requirements:
• 6–10+ years in litigation paralegal roles in Alberta
