Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out litigation on behalf of various clients
• Appear before courts and tribunals with real responsibility
• Advise on governance for charities and co-operatives
• Manage employment law issues effectively
• Draft and review essential contracts
Requirements:
• 3–5 years' call with the Ontario Bar
• Strong experience with administrative tribunals
• Proven drafting and client interaction skills
• Adaptable in handling both litigation and advisory matters
• Demonstrated dedication to social justice
