8+ years working with backend data and BMC ITSM v9+ features.

Experience developing reports, ARS code, and integrations in Helix
SaaS setting

Description:
A Sr. Software Developer is requested to support the automation of the Agency's Intake and Onboarding process, particularly in response to the expanded scope of multi-service offerings made available through the Onboarding Request form. This initiative seeks to eliminate the need for health care practitioners to submit multiple requests, thereby streamlining the onboarding process and enhancing operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Review business requirements with stakeholders and clarify as needed.
Walk through solution designs with Experience Optimization team, then build and unit test the approved solution in lower settings.
Support stakeholders during validation and testing and document both the solution and promotion steps.
Support the development and design of an aligned user profile management tool to support streamlined customer experience in line with PB4P goals.
Desired Skills:
Bachelor's or master's in business, health, engineering, computer science, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
4+ years of experience integrating Remedy solutions with Web Services.
Proven team player who consistently meets demanding deadlines; adept at building relationships, facilitating discussions, and influencing outcomes with stakeholders both inside and outside the organization.
Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
Familiarity with privacy regulations and security best practices.
Skilled in conducting design walkthroughs with project teams.
