What You'll Do: Conduct assessments and monitor resident health trends
Oversee medication programs and documentation accuracy
Coordinate care with families, physicians and clinical teams
Support infection control and regulatory compliance
Lead clinical training and support staff development
Monitor incidents and drive quality improvements
What You'll Bring: Active RN license
Experience in assisted living, hospital or long-term care
Solid clinical judgment and regulatory knowledge
Strong communication and leadership skills
