Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee clinical services and support leadership
• Lead clinical programs while tracking trends and quality
• Direct nursing and clinical departments in absence




• Ensure compliance with CNO and RPN licensing
• Support resident-centered culture and service excellence

Requirements:
• Valid RPN license in positive standing with CNO
• Experience in geriatric nursing is an asset
