Key Responsibilities:
• Install, repair, and maintain HVAC controls and systems
• Configure and program electronic controllers effectively
• Conduct preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment
• Service low voltage controls wiring accurately
• Recommend upgrades and retrofitting of existing systems
Requirements:
• Valid Instrumentation Control Technician certificate required
• Five years of experience in maintenance or construction
• Solid computer literacy and knowledge of Direct Digital Controls
• Ability to read blueprints and equipment specifications
• Willingness to work overtime and respond to after-hours calls
