Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Bilingual Talent Specialist in the Health Sector in a hybrid work environment in Mississauga, Ontario.

A typical day:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Partner with managers on hiring strategies,
selection criteria, and recruitment best practices
- Support employee development initiatives, training programs, and learning activities
- Assist with performance management processes, goal setting, and talent reviews
- Facilitate onboarding sessions, compliance training, and employee presentations
- Analyze recruitment and training metrics and present findings to leadership
- Support employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and succession planning programs
- Build strong relationships across the organization while ensuring HR timelines and mandatory training requirements are met
Successful candidates will have:
- Full fluency in English and French (spoken and written)
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or talent management
- Genuine interest in employee development, engagement, and retention
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage an audience
- Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working with ATS, HRIS, Workday, or similar systems
- Strong organizational skills, accountability, and ability to manage competing priorities
