Arcadis is seeking a driven, self‑motivated professional to elevate their career by assuming the role of Account Lead – Mining. The candidate will work with the Resilience Environment Team under the Mining Sector Lead.

Role responsibilities

The successful candidate will lead multiple major and mid‑tier accounts, expanding business development opportunities and client relationships to strategically grow Arcadis’ Mining portfolio. They will coordinate with other Arcadis business lines to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and grow the business.

- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by crafting and delivering tailored solutions, leading teams in preparing winning proposals, and delivering successful presentations; negotiate critical issues with clients, potential teaming partners, and subconsultants.
- Oversee the planning, design, and construction administration of projects to ensure the delivery of quality services and deliverables within project schedules.
- Collaboratively develop scope and cost proposals for projects and task orders; contribute to the strategic growth, planning, and support of various key market initiatives throughout the region.
- Support the development of junior and mid‑level staff.
- Travel to project sites and client meetings as required.

and winning projects in the Mining sector.
- Strong technical skills and explicit, concise written and oral communication abilities.
- Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and strategic thinking; proven ability to deliver key financial performance, including growth in annual net bookings and net revenue.
- Proficiency in professional disciplines, project management, and client engagement; ability to lead and manage internal projects from inception to completion, ensuring the achievement of required delivery standards.

Qualifications & Experience

- 10+ years of experience in the Mining sector.
- Bachelor of Science or Engineering Degree in Environment, Chemical, Hydrology, Hydrogeology, Process, Mechanical, Geotechnical or Civil.
- P.Eng or P.Geo license in good standing.

Preference will be given to candidates with 7+ years of relevant business development and account management experience and who are bilingual (English and French).

Salary Range

$133,100 - $159,720.
