Drawing on insights from serving patients in more than 175 countries, we leverage world-class research and innovation to elevate care delivery – while maintaining a strong Canadian focus.Headquartered in Toronto, Teladoc Health Canada is driven by a dedicated, cross-functional Canadian team committed to advancing virtual care across the country.ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Product Manager will be responsible for leading product strategy and product development cycle for relevant product areas, including responsibility for managing the roadmap and innovation funnel.Support routine market and competitive evaluation including pricing and lead new product innovation/ideation, customer/operations/clinical user journeys, design, implementation, and management of existing and new products in support of Teladoc Health’s product lines.Establish success metrics that measure clinical outcomes in addition to customer, market, and operational success to drive new revenue and improve margins.Act as the intersection between clinical, operations, business, finance, data analytics, technology, and external vendors and clients as needed.Collaborate with internal business partners on the creation and management of business plans supporting business goals of specific segments.Contribute to the development of the Product department in Canada, supporting the establishment of processes, tools, and templates to standardize all elements of the product life cycle.Act as the primary product owner and manager of existing complex products and programs.Manage the assigned product lifecycle from ideation through ongoing development.Work with technology leads to lead refinement, backlog grooming, prioritization, daily standups,
and related activities.Own creation and management of JIRA tickets (epics, stories, etc.).Lead UAT with appropriate stakeholders and approve deployment to production.Develop essential product documentation including Business Case, Business Requirements/Product Specifications/Acceptance Criteria, and use cases.Develop and maintain key metrics and reporting to measure product performance (customer loyalty, experience, forecasted revenue, utilization, resource optimization, etc.).Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert in the assigned product area.Support analysis of market dynamics, competition, and industry trends.Perform other duties as assigned by management.Communicate and collaborate with and influence leaders across technology, clinical, sales, and operations regarding product needs, market plans, and prioritization, including:With Marketing on delivery of product promotion and sales activities.With innovation and strategy leaders to develop new clinical lines of business and partnerships.With Engineering Development to facilitate the Agile development process as a key product owner.With Business Development to assess potential strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and build/buy/partner decisions.With Sales, Client Relations, Operations and Marketing to supply product knowledge, competitor and market information, and technical expertise.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesCurrently No.Qualifications Expected for PositionBachelor's Degree in Business or related field (or equivalent in relevant work experience) requiredMBA or Master’s Degree preferredMinimum of 5-8 years of product management experience requiredProduct Management or related experience in the healthcare technology industry preferredExperience in telehealth, patient engagement tools, or digital health, preferredExpertise in relevant business software (Excel,
