Reporting directly to the Team Leader at Quadrus Services & Admin, you will manage 'in kind' transfers for third party funds. Your responsibilities include reviewing client statements, processing assets, and maintaining accurate electronic records. Regular communication with dealers and advisors will be essential to ensure a smooth transition of books.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review client statements for transfer requirements
• Process transferred assets accurately and on time
• Maintain detailed electronic records of transfers




• Communicate effectively with mutual fund companies
• Partner with external advisors to facilitate transitions
Requirements:
• Experience with mutual funds and investment products
• Knowledge of Fundserv and Investment Centre preferred
• Solid attention to detail in deadline-driven tasks
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
