As part of Norbec’s team, you will report to the Maintenance Supervisor and contribute to the secure, productive operation of production equipment. Your expertise in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical systems is crucial to maintaining plant uptime and supporting innovation. Your role will also include overseeing maintenance management systems and collaborating with other staff.

Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair equipment for production lines
• Maintain mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems




• Operate and repair fabrication equipment like lathes and welders
• Install automated manufacturing machinery and equipment
• Collaborate with teams to enhance uptime and efficiency

Requirements:
• Valid Millwright or Tool and Die Maker Certification
• 5+ years in automated manufacturing
• Experience with precision measurement tools
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems
