As a Member Service Representative, you will be responsible for understanding Members’ inquiries and providing effective banking solutions. Key Responsibilities:
• Delight Members with exceptional service at all touchpoints
• Educate Members about DUCA's offerings and open current accounts
• Conduct follow-up and outreach calls for service improvements




• Manage deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions
• Spot financial needs and elevate solutions to appropriate advisors
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
• Two years' experience in member services or banking
• Comprehensive cash handling knowledge
• Background in sales is an added advantage
• Strong interpersonal skills with attention to detail
