Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct judicial hearings and issue grants
• Maintain custody of probate records and documents
• Educate the public on legal processes and court rules
• Evaluate court filings for legislative compliance
• Act as a Commissioner of Oaths for court processes
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree and five years in legal/justice fields
• Robust background in client service and dispute resolution
• Familiarity with legal statutes and Rules
• High level of professionalism and tact
• Manage high-volume caseloads under deadlines
