Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and process orders accurately through the computerized system
• Address inquiries regarding order status and product availability




• Utilize JDE1 for effective shipment management
• Foster robust connections with key customers
• Ensure all customer data is up-to-date in JDE1

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years in customer service or inside sales
• Must be bilingual in French
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Familiarity with JD Edwards software
