The Care Company is hiring motivated Occupational Therapy/Physiotherapy Assistants (OTA/PTA) to join a community-based team. In this full time role, you will work under the supervision of qualified Registered Therapists, supporting clients throughout York, Simcoe, Markham, and surrounding areas. Ideal candidates are passionate about improving client quality of life through hands-on care and tailored treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement treatment plans per therapist guidance
• Assist clients with exercises and mobility training




• Monitor and document client progress values
• Educate caregivers on rehabilitation strategies
• Travel to client homes across Central Ontario
Requirements:
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• OTA/PTA certification from a recognized institution
• Robust communication skills in English
• CPR/First Aid Certificate, negative TB test
• Immunizations required for client safety
