• Coordinate care plans for leukemia patients

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Nursing; Master's preferred
• Active licensed nurse in Ontario with BCLS
• Five years of relevant clinical experience
• Certification in Oncology Nursing preferred
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills
