We are looking for Full‑time Sales Representatives. Compensation: Guaranteed hourly wage plus performance‑based bonus, paid weekly. Pay range: $760 to $1,750+ per week (no cap, no limits). Income grows with performance.

Responsibilities
Sell programs and services to current and prospective customers within assigned territory.
Conduct follow‑up of leads and customer retention/service calls via telephone and person‑to‑person contact to identify customer needs.
Develop customized solutions based on customer needs using the TruGreen suite of lawn care products and services.

Qualifications
No experience required.
Valid driver’s license not required but considered an asset.
