The Lounge Attendant is responsible for providing friendly, attentive, and efficient service to guests in the lounge area. This role ensures a positive guest experience while maintaining compliance with AGCO alcohol service regulations , health and safety standards, and Delta Bingo policies.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service & Experience

Greet and serve guests promptly, courteously, and professionally.

Take orders accurately and deliver food, beverages, and other items efficiently.

Respond to guest inquiries and resolve minor concerns or escalate to management as appropriate.

Maintain a welcoming, clean, and protected environment for all guests.

Food & Beverage Service

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with AGCO regulations.

Follow responsible alcohol service practices, including verifying ID and monitoring consumption.

Assist in food and beverage preparation, stocking, and presentation as needed.

Handle cash, tabs, and point-of-sale transactions accurately.

Compliance & Safety





Adhere to AGCO regulations, Delta Bingo policies, and standard operating procedures.

Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

Report any unsafe conditions, incidents or non-compliant behavior to management.

Teamwork & Communication

Collaborate with other lounge and gaming staff to ensure smooth service.

Assist with cleaning, setup, and closing procedures.

Attend team meetings and training sessions as required.

Qualifications & Experience

Previous experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or customer service is preferred.

Solid interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work in a rapid-paced, guest-focused environment.

Must be legally eligible to serve alcohol in Ontario (Smart Serve certification preferred or required).

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs as required.
