As a Finance Manager, you'll work closely with the Chief Financial Officer in managing and coordinating all financial and accounting services for WellFort Community Health Services. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and reporting
• Supervise finance staff and evaluate performance
• Conduct variance analysis and support budget holders
• Prepare financial reports for funders and ensure compliance
• Manage annual operating and multi-year budget preparations
Requirements:
• CPA designation or nearing completion required
• 5+ years in accounting and finance
• 2+ years in not-for-profit or healthcare environments
• Experience with Excellent Plains and advanced Excel skills
