As a Scheduling and Planning Specialist, you will report directly to the Team Lead and be involved in maintaining the master production schedule. Your expertise will help ensure material availability while collaborating with procurement and manufacturing teams. The position requires analytical skills to address production constraints and improve efficiency through Lean Manufacturing practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own and update the master production schedule
• Develop weekly and daily production timelines




• Monitor production performance and adjust as needed
• Translate sales orders into actionable production plans
• Communicate material shortages and risks impacting schedules

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field
• 3–5+ years in production planning or supply chain
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems
• Understanding of MRP, Kanban, and lead times
• Must be authorized to work in Canada
