This full time, permanent position focuses on the technical development and optimization of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. You will interface with diverse stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that CRM functionality meets their needs. Your skills in Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and application development will be crucial for delivering substantial improvements across systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work with business stakeholders to clarify requirements
• Develop and support custom Dynamics 365 solutions
• Participate in UAT and provide necessary insights
• Create and maintain integration documentation
• Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related production issues
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration strategies
• Proficiency in SQL and data management
• Familiarity with healthcare or government services related systems
