This 6-month position requires 3+ years of experience with mainframe technologies, focusing on COBOL and JCL development. You’ll engage in unit testing, support QA efforts, and collaborate on application enhancements in a high-impact financial setting. By working with one of Canada’s Top 5 banks, you will directly contribute to mission-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct unit testing of COBOL/DB2 modules
• Assist in QA Testing execution and defect fixing
• Collaborate with team members for system improvements
• Manage version control with Endevor or similar tools
• Participate in scheduling using CA7 (if applicable)

Requirements:
• 3+ years in COBOL, JCL, DB2 development
• Experience with version control tools like Endevor
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
• Valuable communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of the financial industry is a plus
