This is an excellent prospect for an experienced restaurant leader looking to take the next step with a company that values outstanding hospitality, team development, and promoting from within.You'll work closely with the General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation, lead service, and help build a high-performing team.
We're looking for someone who leads by example, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about creating memorable guest experiences.
What We’re Looking For
Previous restaurant management experience within a full-service or upscale casual restaurant
Robust leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing people
Hands-on management style with excellent floor presence
Experience managing labour, scheduling, and daily restaurant operations
Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
Positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a high-volume environment
