Pathways Centre is looking for passionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) with expertise in play-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). You will lead functional behavior assessments and design individualized strategies for clients while providing supervision and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Collaboration with families and continuous data analysis is key to ensuring client success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct functional behavior assessments to inform treatment
• Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians effectively
• Implement evidence-based interventions,



including Natural Workplace Teaching
• Collaborate with families and professionals for consistent progress
• Analyze data to measure and adjust treatment outcomes

Requirements:
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Master’s degree in relevant fields like Psychology or Education
• Solid leadership and communication skills
• Preferred experience with individuals with autism
