In this essential role, you will help shape training experiences for athletes at various levels, from community youth to Olympic competitors. Directly lead sessions while employing sports science methodologies to improve training protocols and drive optimal results. Key Responsibilities:
• Inspire and guide individual and group sessions
• Utilize performance testing and adjustments in training
• Collaborate on athletic development plans with other professionals
• Participate in team meetings and share insights
• Support the operations and administration of the facility
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in human kinetics or similar field
• 3 years of related experience in conditioning
• Solid understanding of biomechanics necessary
• Completion of Protected Sport training required
• Must be able to travel for work
