Our Financial Services client is looking for a UX Researcher to join their team.

This will be for 12+ months. 40 hours per week. Onsite 4x per week in Downtown Toronto.

The rate range is between $45-55per hour, T4.

What you'll be doing:

- Defining research strategy and methodologies;
- Creating test plans and aligning them with stakeholders;
- Leading research execution and synthesis;
- Presenting insights to stakeholders and providing design recommendations based on those insights

Qualifications

- 4+ years of UX research experience, ideally in financial services or fintech or other regulated industries
- Strong command of qualitative methods (interviews, diary studies, concept testing, usability evaluation)
- Solid command of quantitative methods (survey design, statistical analysis, behavioral data interpretation)
- Experience working within digital product teams;
- Experience working in the financial sector or adjacent industries (insurance, government);
- Experience with data visualization & analytics tools.
