What You’ll Do
As an Insurance Advisor, you’ll play a key role in both business growth and client experience:
- Generate/convert leads
- Educate clients on coverage options, helping them make informed and confident decisions
- Deliver exceptional service by assisting with policy inquiries, changes, claims, and billing support
- Meet monthly sales targets and performance expectations consistently
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism, integrity, and client-first mindset
What You Bring
- OTL License (Must have)
- LLQP License (Nice-to-have)
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trust quickly
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A team-player mindset with the confidence to work independently
