Avanciers Incorporated is hiring a Associate Full Stack Developer for one of our clients. < >Job Title: Associate Full Stack DeveloperEmployment Type: Full-time/Contract Duration: 6+ months/FTE Compensation Range: $90,000- $110,000 per year or $40- $48 per hour This is an active job and application deadline is January 30, 2026 (This posting may close earlier if a suitable candidate is found) Design, develop, and maintain scalable back-end services and front-end applications using modern full‑stack technologies, including APIs, microservices, and cloud‑native architectures, with a focus on clean, reusable, and maintainable code. Collaborate within cross‑functional Agile teams to translate business and customer requirements into high‑quality digital products, while continuously improving application performance, user experience, and system reliability. Integrate and support third‑party solutions, ensure cross‑platform compatibility, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines, testing (unit and integration), and overall code quality standards. Actively share knowledge, provide technical feedback, and contribute to architectural best practices to improve development processes, simplify codebases, and ensure system consistency.
