Key Responsibilities:
• Lead assigned clinical programs and monitor quality
• Oversee nursing and clinical departments in the absence of coordinator
• Manage resident admission assessments and service plans




• Conduct data analysis to improve clinical services
• Foster a supportive workplace for residents and staff

Requirements:
• Valid RPN license in valuable standing with CNO
• Experience in geriatric and nursing leadership is preferred
• Solid commitment to resident-centered care
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proven ability in quality improvement practices
