About the Role

The Company is seeking an Investment Banking Vice President to join its Diversified Industries group. The successful candidate will be a key player in the execution, client service, and idea generation for various projects in advisory and equity capital markets. This role requires a leader who can ensure superior transaction execution for clients, lead M&A; and financing transactions, and actively participate in all stages of the deal process, from due diligence to presenting recommendations. The Vice President will also be responsible for generating pitch ideas, conducting market and financial research, and managing day-to-day communications with clients. A significant part of the role is dedicated to training, mentoring, and supervising junior team members.





Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' of investment banking experience, with a proven track record in lead-managed M&A; and capital raises. Robust knowledge of capital markets products, excellent analytical and financial modeling skills, and advanced proficiency in industry research platforms are essential. The role demands the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced workplace, oversee the preparation of investment banking materials, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A self-starter attitude, the ability to think independently, and a strong educational background in finance, business, economics, accounting, or engineering are also required. Professional designations such as an MBA, CFA, CA, and/or CPA are considered a robust asset.
