MatchBox Consulting is seeking a Supply Chain Professional to take on a 24-month contract role aimed at enhancing procurement processes. You will leverage your extensive experience to develop sourcing strategies, manage competitive procurement, and ensure compliance with regulations. This position is critical for the operational efficiency of one of the largest utility providers in British Columbia.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead competitive procurement processes from planning to award
• Develop sourcing models for various goods and services




• Conduct comprehensive supplier market research
• Manage procurement documentation including RFIs and RFTs
• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in procurement
• Familiarity with public-sector procurement practices
• Solid negotiation and analytical skills
• Experience in using Microsoft Office applications
