Tricon is searching for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join their team in Canary Landing, a vibrant rental community. This role involves performing general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and more, while also maintaining compliance with safety standards. As a key player, your attention to detail and customer service skills will significantly enhance resident experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to maintenance requests within 24 hours
• Conduct inspections of mechanical and electrical systems




• Maintain accurate logs for compliance and improvements
• Oversee small projects and liaise with external vendors
• Document maintenance work orders in the Resident APP

Requirements:
• High school diploma required
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs
• Robust written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and adaptable
• Ability to work adaptable schedule and be on call
