NACG is looking for a skilled Grader Operator to manage equipment at the Fort Hills site. This role requires a minimum of two years of experience on graders, familiarity with GPS, and adherence to safety standards. Successful candidates will operate machinery to maintain roadways while ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate articulating graders for road and dump area maintenance
• Conduct pre-inspections and ensure equipment safety
• Use GPS for accurate grading and road construction




• Assess workplace risks and follow safety policies
• Collaborate with other equipment operators on site

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of grader operation experience
• Knowledge of M series graders an asset
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean abstract
• Proficient in English, both verbally and in writing
• Experience in mining or heavy construction preferred
