In this full time role at BrokerLink, you'll assist Account Executives by handling all aspects of Personal Insurance. Your responsibilities will include managing personal insurance paperwork, helping customers understand their coverage, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. The ideal candidate thrives in teamwork and has a solid insurance background.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent service and advice to customers
• Process all incoming Personal Insurance paperwork
• Assist with customer quotes and write recent business




• Prepare documentation and issue insurance certificates
• Communicate with insurers and negotiate renewal terms

Requirements:
• AIC General insurance license Level 1 required
• Knowledge of Personal & Commercial insurance essential
• Proven teamwork and time management skills
• Robust communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience with Epic is a plus
