Reporting to the Director of IT Delivery Services, this managerial position is ideal for candidates with at least 8 years in Enterprise IT. Your leadership in managing design and development will drive successful project outcomes. You’ll engage with back-end transactional systems and mentor your team to achieve collective goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate management of all application development activities
• Supervise agile development team dynamics
• Prepare specifications and reports on team performance
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders efficiently
• Facilitate team motivation and collaboration

Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science or similar
• Experienced in managing agile teams
• Familiarity with Oracle RDBMS and ETL tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to travel within Canada
