This permanent, full time role based in Castlegar requires technical leadership in maintenance program execution and capital improvement projects. You will spearhead reliability-centered maintenance programs and drive improvements while managing projects to enhance equipment performance. Your work will play a crucial role in minimizing outages and supporting incident responses, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) programs
• Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions




• Manage projects from scope to execution and support
• Enhance engineering documentation and practices
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• P.Eng. designation or eligibility in BC
• At least 7 years of relevant engineering experience
• Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License
• Robust computer applications skills for engineering
