Insight Global is looking for two Payroll Administrators to support a growing insurance brokerage. Your role will be vital in handling multi-provincial payroll while utilizing platforms like Dayforce. We seek candidates with excellent attention to detail and the capacity to excel in a quick-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process payroll accurately and timely for various provinces
• Conduct full-cycle payroll management in a high volume setting
• Prepare necessary documentation like ROEs and T2200 forms




• Utilize advanced Excel for reporting and data analytics
• Uphold confidentiality and make sound judgments in payroll activities

Requirements:
• 2–3 years of full-cycle payroll experience required
• Experience with Dayforce, Ceridian, ADP, or similar
• Solid understanding of payroll best practices and regulations
• High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Capable of working both independently and as a team
