The Saskatchewan Health Authority is seeking a dedicated Pediatric Gastroenterologist to join its expanding team at the Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital. You'll be involved in both inpatient and outpatient care, working alongside a multidisciplinary team to improve pediatric gastroenterology in Saskatchewan. Teaching opportunities are available for medical students and residents attending clinics during rotations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical services for pediatric gastroenterology patients
• Participate in teaching medical students and residents
• Engage in quality improvement and academic research initiatives




• Perform endoscopies and manage complex cases
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive workplace
Requirements:
• MD degree with fellowship training in pediatric gastroenterology
• Clinical procedural skills for inpatient and outpatient services
• Eligibility for licensure with Saskatchewan's College of Physicians and Surgeons
• Commitment to establishing a practice for a minimum of 36 months
• Passion for improving child health and providing high-quality care
