As the Senior Mine Geologist, you will report to the Chief Mine Geologist, providing leadership over all underground production geology activities. Your role will encompass safety protocols, geological modeling, and enhancing team performance through training and mentoring. With a robust focus on maximizing operational efficiency, you will also manage rosters and coordinate logistics efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and mentor the production geology team
• Manage work roster and accommodation logistics
• Lead safety protocols and identify geological hazards




• Implement grade control strategies to optimize performance
• Review and authorize stope designs for grade accuracy

Requirements:
• 4-year B.Sc. degree in Geology or Earth Sciences
• 5+ years of underground production geology experience
• P.Geo designation; Ontario PGO transfer within 30 days
• Proficiency in Deswik MDM/CAD and Microsoft Office
• Able to navigate underground environments safely
