In this full time position, the Heli-Ski Program Manager will drive operational success for Eleven's heli-ski programs. With over ten years in the ski industry and five years of leadership experience, you will manage logistics, staff, and guest relations, ensuring best-in-class experiences. Must reside in Revelstoke for eight months each year, while work from home is an option during off-peak times.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the recruitment and scheduling of ski guides
• Oversee aviation logistics and scheduling




• Maintain compliance with safety and inspection protocols
• Foster collaboration across lodge and operational teams
• Manage local and provincial regulatory relationships

Requirements:
• Background in ski operations for 10 years
• CAA Avalanche Operations Level 1 or equivalent
• Recent first aid certification
• Robust organizational and interpersonal skills
• Proficient skier or snowboarder
