At Tall Tree, the Occupational Therapist plays a critical role in the WorkSafeBC Early Concussion Assessment & Treatment Program. You will join a passionate team focused on optimizing patient recovery by evaluating cognitive, physical, and environmental factors while adhering to WorkSafeBC standards. This full time position promotes genuine connections and effective solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver evidence-based assessments and treatment plans
• Collaborate with physiotherapists and interdisciplinary teams
• Evaluate psychosocial and behavioral factors affecting recovery
• Facilitate secure return-to-work and daily activity plans
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards and reporting
Requirements:
• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC
• Eligible for WorkSafeBC-funded services
• Valid CPR certification
• BC Driver's Licence for community visits
