In this role, you will play a pivotal part in overseeing development projects from acquisition to completion. You will collaborate with Finance, Development, Construction, and Sales teams, preparing project loan draws, monitoring cash flows, and maintaining budgets. This position allows you to develop and enhance your project accounting skills while supporting investor reporting and ensuring compliance with internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare project loan draws and monitor cash flows
• Maintain project budgets and assist with forecasting




• Support joint venture accounting and project reconciliations
• Contribute to year-end close and compliance activities
• Identify process improvements for project accounting

Requirements:
• 2–5 years experience in project or construction accounting
• Working towards CPA designation or already obtained
• Solid Excel and analytical skills
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and team-oriented
