Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee strategic communications and departmental operations
• Develop initiatives to enhance community engagement
• Improve communication channels for clarity and accessibility
• Lead internal communications aligned with organizational goals
• Manage public communications and crisis issues
Requirements:
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• At least 8 years in communications leadership
• Proven ability in managing teams and complex issues
• Robust storytelling and relationship-building skills
• Experience in Indigenous organization preferred
