The chosen candidate will provide subject matter expertise on access and privacy, manage information requests, and advise on legislation application. Additionally, the role supports training development and guides effective breach management across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and manage access to information requests
• Develop training and guidance materials on the ATIPP Act
• Advise program areas on privacy legislation applications




• Support investigations on privacy breaches and recommend management
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders for effective communication

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in a related field
• Experience with Canadian access and privacy legislations
• Proven track record in guidelines and policy implementation
• Solid analytical skills in diverse team settings
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities
